North Buzzed started as a regional voice — rooted in culture, energy, and what’s happening on the ground in the North. But something unexpected and powerful started to happen: people from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. began showing up organically.
They weren’t just reading.
They weren’t just watching.
They were engaging.
They were connecting.
They were asking to be part of something bigger.
So I listened.
North Buzzed was never meant to be a closed room. It was built to be a community space — a place where people feel seen, heard, and welcomed no matter what state they’re in. When people from the DMV area started tapping in consistently, it became clear they weren’t just visitors. They were already part of the family.
That’s why I added Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. to North Buzzed.
Not for numbers.
Not for hype.
But for belonging.
People in those areas wanted to feel like they were in the room with us. They wanted to feel that same energy, that same connection, that same love of a growing community that North Buzzed represents. Instead of keeping them outside the door, I opened it wider.
This expansion is about access.
It’s about inclusion.
It’s about building a culture where distance doesn’t block connection.
North Buzzed is no longer just a region — it’s a movement of people who believe in community over competition. Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. didn’t just get added to a platform. They got welcomed into a space that values voices, stories, creativity, and shared growth.
We’re building something bigger than a page.
We’re building a room where everyone belongs.
And the room just got louder — in the best way.
