During my time living in Dallas, I had the incredible opportunity to work at The Westin Hotel, serving as both a Bellman and Service Express Agent. It was one of the coolest and most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had, and it left me with lasting memories of what it truly means to provide exceptional service in a vibrant, luxury environment.

As a Bellman, I had the chance to greet guests as they arrived and help them with their luggage. There’s something special about being the first point of contact, setting the tone for their stay. In my role as a Service Express Agent, I had the unique privilege of assisting with guest requests, from room service orders to extra amenities.
