1. Khushee, when we last spoke in 2022, you shared insights about your life and aspirations. It’s now two years later—how has life evolved for you since then?
Life today is very much aligned with the plans I set out two years ago. I ventured into the healthcare field, and I’m excited to be starting my real estate career in 2025.
2. At this stage of your life, what wisdom would you like to share with the world?
It’s never too late to create the life you want for yourself. If you face failure at 20, try again at 25. If you fall short then, try again at 30. The key is to keep pushing forward.

3. What goals have you been able to achieve since our last conversation?
I entered the medical field and have been working in Neuro/Ortho, with occasional shifts in the Emergency Department. Outside of my medical career, I’m continuing to work toward obtaining my real estate license.
4. How would you describe yourself now compared to before?
Previously, I wasn’t as dedicated to nurturing myself as I could have been, whether it was in my education, health, or the relationships around me. Now, I’m more committed to personal growth and maintaining a balanced life.

5. What challenges have you faced over the past two years, and how did you overcome them?
One of my biggest challenges was staying in the healthcare field, which ultimately didn’t align well with my passions. While it had its rewarding moments, I found myself unsatisfied and less engaged compared to when I talked about business or real estate. I overcame this by making the difficult decision to step away from my healthcare career. Soon after, I set my sights on beginning real estate classes in the coming year to kickstart that career.
6. What does your vision for 2025 look like?
In 2025, I envision myself fully immersed in a real estate career, focusing on building my portfolio. My goal is to establish valuable connections and build a network that will pave the way for long-term success.
