The challenges facing Generation Z include inflated egos, shorter relationships lasting from 1 week to just 1 year, a normalization of cheating, younger women having babies without being ready for the responsibility, excessive social media use and constant comparison, a lack of empathy, accountability, and respect, an increase in killings and deaths, along with rising levels of jealousy, all of which are adversely impacting our generation.
