If you disrespect me, belittle me, and use hurtful words, our connection ends.

In relationships, respect is like the glue that holds everything together. For me, it’s crucial. If someone disrespects me, belittles me, or uses hurtful words, our connection ends. Here’s why:

Respect is a two-way street. It’s about treating each other well. When there’s disrespect, it’s like an earthquake shaking the trust we built.

Belittling behavior is like a poison that ruins relationships. It takes away confidence and makes things unequal. A connection without respect becomes a battleground.

Words have power. Hurtful words can leave scars. When words are used to hurt instead of understand, trust is broken, and the connection turns hostile.

So, I set a clear boundary: no trust without respect. It’s not about being perfect, but if disrespect keeps happening, it means our values don’t match, and the connection won’t work. Choosing respect is choosing a healthy connection.
