1. Could you please introduce yourself and provide a description of who you are?
My name is Choc, Im from Baltimore, Maryland. I’m 24 years old. Im the Co-owner of RTG (Respect The Grind). A brand that’s flourishing from the concrete. I’ve been in the music industry since 2017 studying and learning the game, now I’m about to apply it.
2. I noticed that you are involved in both music management and working as a CNA. How has your journey been so far, and what experiences have you gained along the way?
I recently just became a certified nurse assistant. I feel like being in the nursing field is just a way to fund my business. You know? It’s always money to be made. So far, I’m learning to balance my work life and make time for my own business. It just reminding me how much of an entrepreneur I want to be in the future.
3. Do you have any guiding principles or words of wisdom that shape your daily life?
I feel like Spirtuality and knowing my inner self and true purpose in this world shapes my life in every way. I’m always spreading wisdom, & wanting to help the next person get to the next level whether that’s mentally, spiritually or financially. But, if I had any words of encouragement for anyone today it’s to remember why you started, however your life goes is based on you and your frequency. What you speak is what you become. Be kind to yourself and always be open to elevate.
4. What goals do you hope to achieve within the next 1-3 years?
In the next 1-3 years the goals i am going to achieve is dominating the music industry and having the financial freedom I deserve. Im going to have at least two or more businesses up and running. My main goal is just creating a foundation for my kids and generations to come.
5. What challenges have you faced in your life, and how did you overcome them?
I am the chosen one “black sheep”, I’m always going through hardship and situations that’s difficult. I always felt like the outcast. People felt like I thought of myself as better than the next person but in reality I just knew I was different. One thing about my life, I always make a way. I’m never stuck in a situation. The universe always give me some type of solution. I try to see the lesson in every aspect in my life & when I’m hurting I’ve learned to heal myself. It’s an hard process but it’s a gift.
6. In what ways do you aspire to make a positive impact in the world?
I inspire to make a positive impact in the world by raising the vibration. Helping people remember who they truly are and the power they actually hold. I want to motivate others and be the inspiration for the trenches. I know I’m going to make it out. It’s way more to the world than Baltimore city. Create a vision and stick to it.
