1. Can you please share some information about yourself and who you are?

Sure! My name is Jose Gonzalez Jr, but I go by P G or Pudge. I’m an influencer/content creator from New Brunswick, New Jersey. I attended South Brunswick High School and moved to North Carolina around my 10th grade year in 2010-11.

2. What ignited your passion for creativity and inspired you to start a podcast?

I was inspired to start a podcast after observing how people engaged with me during conversations. I realized that the insights and wisdom I gained from these discussions could be shared with others. It began with conversations between my father and me, which strengthened our relationship. These talks extended to conversations with his friends, addressing topics like manhood and personal growth. Recognizing the value in these exchanges, I wanted to offer a platform for young men who may not have a father figure to gain different perspectives and insights.

3. Could you share some words of wisdom that guide you every day?

Two guiding principles I live by are: first, choose to be happy on purpose. Although it can be challenging at times, consciously making the decision to be happy leads to positive outcomes. Second, everything happens for a reason. There is purpose behind every flyer you see, every unexpected encounter, and every situation that comes your way.

4. What are some goals you would like to achieve within the next 1-3 years?

Within the next 1-3 years, I hope to establish a building with multiple recording locations for my podcast. I also aim to grow my company, expand my staff, and potentially start my second or third LLC.

5. How would you like to make a positive impact on society as a whole?

My goal is to leave a positive mark on society by spreading positivity, whether it’s through making people laugh or connecting with them emotionally. I want to learn from others as they learn from me and foster a sense of connection and understanding.
