Hi! I’m Garick, I was born in Guatemala in 2001, but I lived my whole life in Chile.

Currently, I living in Austin, TX. Here, i’m majoring in computer science at St. Edward’s University. 

I like to make music (I have a spotify artist page by the way), and go out on hikes and adventures to new places.

What inspires you everyday?

the thought of getting out of Chile and coming here for college is what inspires me every day. that idea of “i made it” and what i can still do with my future

What is some words of wisdom you live by?

i would say that i tell myself everyday that you can always be better and achieve more. Of course, if you fight for it

What is your ultimate goal in life?

to feel free of worries and financial concerns

What is a positive message you would like to give others?

to never give up even when you feel there is no other way, because the harder it gets, the greater the reward will be

Last question how do you feel about life, and what changes did you make to be where you are now?

i couldn’t be happier with the life i have right now, i have achieved so many things i never thought i would have. But it wasn’t easy to get here. I had to leave all my friends from Chile behind. The life I knew, behind.
