Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: I’m Tokyo, I’m a singer-songwriter from Brooklyn, NY. I’m 28 years old, I’ve been making music since I was 13 which is when I first got signed. I’ve done so many things in life from traveling, doing reality tv shows like X-Factor, America’s Got Talent & The Voice & realized those kind of shows aren’t for me. Currently I am working on my debut project “Late Night Confusion” which is a mix of Pop, Trap, Rock, R&B, Electro, Jazz & so many other genres. I am a sapiosexual, I thrive off intelligence and communication. I love knowledge, I believe knowledge is power and I also love being creative. Creativity drives me, so does art and fashion, I feel they go hand and hand with music. I’m an Aquarius so I’m always thinking and trying to find ways to be creative and that’s really the best way to describe me.

What Inspires You Every day? : What inspires me everyday is mostly my experiences in life and other peoples experiences. I just believe in living life and going with the flow of things. Music inspires me, art, music, fashion, architecture, scenery. I am just inspired by so many things in life that inspire me to do more as an artist and just as a person in general. I’m very open minded when it comes to inspiration and creativity and so that’s kinda how I roll with things.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?:Never give up on something you believe in especially if it’s your passion. I believe that life challenges you and sees how far you would go to achieve something you want and only those who are really dedicated will perseverance no matter what. Never stop fighting for your goals, yourself or your life!

What is your ultimate goal in life? : My ultimate life goal is be an innovator and a successful recording artist, business man, mogul and become a icon. I want to invent new sounds, new technology and help those in need. I believe in giving back to the world and the people who will help me on my journey so. I truly want to just be someone who impacts the world in a positive way and makes it okay for people to push the boundaries because they saw me lead as an example.

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : I’ve been really focused and really working on myself. The pandemic inspired me to go harder because of the limited ways of not only travel but resources. You know people were losing jobs, money, Etc but the pandemic kind of helped me make more money and made me invest a lot more into myself and my craft. The pandemic gave me time to sit down and truly create music that I passionately love and be my most creative self, it was a blessing in a way for me at least. I want to travel across the world once this whole pandemic is over and hopefully go on tour and I want to try different foods and shake hands with different people of difficult races and cultures 

What is a message you would like to give others? : I’d say to remain positive. Even when the worst things in life are happening to you, you NEVER give up. Never allow yourself to fold, even when everyone turns on you or you feel defeated, there’s always gonna be someone who does understand and who is in your corner rooting for you and supporting you. Do not allow this cruel world and people to turn you into a bad or negative person. Fight for yourself without backup and also know when to say yes and when to say no. Learn to walk away from things that do not benefit you or your future and wellbeing and also be aware of your surroundings and who’s in your space. There’s always going to be people who are secretly wanting you to fail.

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: I just want people to go stream my single “Mood” on Apple Music, Spotify and all other streaming platforms. I am going to create some of the best futuristic-pop, rock, alternative & R&B music. I am really going to shake the music industry and the world up with the visuals and concepts I have and the music. I love creating art; art is my life and nothing will stop me from being great.
