Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: I am a 21 year old who has aspirations to someday be a Highschool head coach and if I’m lucky, a college assistant. I stopped playing football after 9th grade and turned to coaching once I was 16 years old. I started at the local ymca where I coached youth flag football. Our team sucked by the way at least the first year, then we won 2 championships back to back and then I was ready for more. I was then asked to coach our competitive National traveling flag football team where in 2019 we were the #1 overall ranked team in the country out of 800 teams. I still to this day coach that team known as “Pittsburgh Elite”. We’ve won a total of 10 national tournaments over the past 3 years. The organization is pretty huge, we have teams in age groups that range from 6U – 14U. The organization is ran by Erik Cooper and Rashad Colvin. Once I hit senior year of Highschool in 2018 I started to be a assistant coach @ Baldwin Highschool, I was more of just shadowing my cousin Dayonne Nunley, and other coaches Darrin Walls, Greg Mcghee, and Loran Cooley. I did that for 2 seasons until I finally got my first paid position as the defensive back coach for the Riverview Raiders in 2020. This season 2021, I am the Wide Receivers Coach for the Raiders. Back in 2018 After I graduated high school I was also the Offensive Coordinator for the Baldwin Youth Tackle football team under Head Coach Rich Johnson.

What Inspires You Every day? : My son, I recently became a father this past May of 2021. Everyday I wake up and see him I’m instantly inspired to grind in every aspect of life so I can make his life the best.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?:“You can do anything you put your mind too” I know It sounds simple, but fun fact my grandfather told me that about 10 years ago, and I bet he doesn’t even remember he did.

What is your ultimate goal in life? : To live with less regrets as possible, obviously you’ll always have a few regrets in life, but I want to minimize that as much as I can.

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : Honestly I believe it was a blessing in disguise, I got to give more time to myself and talk to myself more and figure myself out more. I also met my girlfriend, soon to be wife during the pandemic. Who knows if that would’ve happened if we didn’t have this pandemic.

What is a message you would like to give others? : Stay Focused and Never let up and get too comfortable in anything.

What else would you like to tell others about you or your life?: I dropped out of college in 2018 1 day after I moved in, betting on myself that I would never regret doing that. The day After I returned home, I coached in a Baldwin Youth Tackle game and won. I told myself I will get where I want 1 day. I promise.
