Introduce Yourself/Tell About Yourself: My name is Adam Levine. I am currently a junior at UMass Amherst and I am majoring in English with a specialization in Creative Writing. I was born in raised in the Boston, MA suburbs and I aspire to further develop and use my writing skills to help and have a positive influence on those around me.

What Inspires You Every day? : My friends and family inspire everyday. They give me hope and joy in the small positive actions they do. Every little positive action can make a difference and does make a difference in my life.

What is some words of wisdom you live by?: One of my best friends once told me that emotions are only momentary, they are fleeting moments in your life. 

What is your ultimate goal in life? : My ultimate goal in life is to help one person everyday. If I can reach one person with my writing and positive actions, then I have succeeded in my goal.

How have you been during the pandemic and how has it affected you? : I have been up and down during the pandemic. The lowest low was when I attempted to end my life on September 29th, 2020. Fortunately the highs have outweighed the lows and I have had time during this pandemic to work on my writing and help others as well as prioritizing myself and my own recovery.

What is a positive message you would like to give others? : Every small action makes a difference and every difference can make an impact on someone’s life.
